Plain terms for a simple card.

Welcome

My Prayer Card is a simple digital prayer card for churches, small groups and anyone who prays. It is developed and owned by MyKey Consulting Services LLC. By using My Prayer Card, you agree to these terms.

Who can use My Prayer Card

You must be 13 or older to keep a card just for yourself or to start a group. Children under 13 may join a group a leader started, using the group's code, with that leader looking after the group.

Free for people who pray

The prayer card is free to use. There are no ads, and no account is needed. My Prayer Card is paid for by church plans, support gifts and the shop.

Using the card kindly

We may remove content or close a group that breaks these rules.

• Write only what you have the right to share. Use first names or initials for other people, and share private news only with their blessing.
• Keep your group's code within your group. Anyone with the code can read the group's requests.
• Do not use My Prayer Card to harass anyone, to post unlawful or hurtful content, to advertise, or to try to break or overload the service.
• There is no place on My Prayer Card for abusive or objectionable content. Tap Report under any request that should not be on the card: it is hidden on your card at once, and we look at every report within 24 hours.

Stories and photos in the Answered Prayer Book

• Share only stories and photos that are yours to share, and only with the blessing of anyone named or pictured.
• Your group's leader decides what goes in the book and may change the verse or category, or leave a story out.
• A church's name and logo on the cover belong to that church. Leaders should add only a logo their church has the right to use.
• You may ask for your story or photo to be taken out at any time.

Your words

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose, which is how the card works. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

No login means your device is the key

My Prayer Card remembers your card on your own phone or computer. If you clear your browser's data or change devices, we may not be able to restore your personal requests. For anything precious, keep a paper card too.

Church plans

Church plans are billed once a year through Stripe and renew each year until cancelled. You can cancel any time by emailing us, and the plan stays active through the end of the year already paid. A Founding Church price stays locked for as long as the plan remains active.

Support gifts and sponsorships

Support gifts and church sponsorships are voluntary and help keep the card free. Monthly gifts continue until you cancel, which you can do any time by emailing us. My Prayer Card is run by MyKey Consulting Services LLC, a business, so gifts are not tax-deductible.

Refunds

If a charge was a mistake or you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days and we will refund it.

Shop

Shop items are offered as they become available. Prices, shipping and return details will be shown before you buy.

Not for emergencies

My Prayer Card is a place to pray, not a way to get urgent help. It does not give medical, legal or counseling advice. In an emergency, call 911. If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide or is not safe, call or text 988, and tell a leader, a parent or another adult you trust.

Our work

The My Prayer Card name, card design, stamp, artwork, recordings and software belong to MyKey Consulting Services LLC. Please do not copy or resell them without permission. Churches are welcome to print the paper cards we provide for their own people.

The service as it is

We work hard to keep My Prayer Card running well, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, MyKey Consulting Services LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using My Prayer Card, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; when we do, we will change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
